I'm saying that the headline is a bit misleading in that regard; the Pentagon (probably) didn't have much of an impact on anti-vax sentiment in the states
@GossiTheDog the implication is that the Pentagon targeted US citizens with propaganda
that was my initial assumption from reading the headline, so it misled me
and the contents of the article dispelling that doesn't make the headline any less misleading
